Members who have registered for an online account can now choose to enroll in "Paperless" and receive most policy related documents in an electronic format rather than via physical mail. Enrolling in the Paperless option has many benefits including timeliness in receiving documents, conserving paper resources, and decreasing the chance of documents getting lost. 

Documents currently available in paperless format include declaration pages, auto ID cards, notice of reinstatement, notice of policy premium due, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) schedules. Notices of non-renewal, intent to cancel and lapse are also available electronically, but you will also receive these notices via physical mail due to their sensitive nature. 

To sign up for Paperless, simply:

1. Go to Member Services and register for an on-line account. Registration requires a policy number, a member number and a last name.

2. Login as a member and click on "Sign Up for Paperless" in the upper right corner of the "Communication Center".

3. Accept the terms of the "Agreement to Receive Documents by Electronic Delivery."


To update your account information, including your email address and password, or to un-enroll from paperless, choose "Member Account" located next to the "Logout" option on the upper right corner of the member homepage.
